Train the Trainer

Are you passionate about seeing the gospel spread deeply and widely across the city of London?

Do you sense a calling not only to lead, preach, or teach — but to equip others to flourish in their calling?

Whether you are an experienced preacher, a seasoned teacher, a ministry leader, or a gifted communicator, Train the Trainer offers something different. It doesn’t simply sharpen your content — it transforms how you help others learn.

The Train the Trainer Training is designed to move you from delivering information to facilitating transformation. In this dynamic six-module journey, you’ll discover the principles of adult learning and gain a fresh set of skills that enable you to create environments where people don’t just listen — they engage, reflect, and grow independently. You’ll learn how to ask powerful questions, design interactive sessions, foster trust within learning communities, and guide participants toward ownership of their development.

This is especially strategic for leaders of Christian organisations, churches, and ministries. In today’s context, leadership is not just about communicating truth clearly — it’s about cultivating disciples who think deeply, apply faithfully, and lead others confidently. Train the Trainer equips you to nurture independent growth, raise emerging leaders, and build multiplying ministries that extend far beyond your direct influence.

Through practical sessions, reflective projects, and guided facilitation from experienced trainers, you’ll gain hands-on experience — not just theory — so that you can return to your church or organisation ready to implement what you’ve learned immediately.

If you long to see sustainable gospel impact — not just through your voice, but through the lives of those you equip — this training is for you.

Whether you are already training others or sensing a call to begin, Train the Trainer will give you the heart, the tools, and the confidence to create learning spaces that foster lasting, kingdom-shaped growth.

Who is it for?

Leaders of Christian organisations or churches with experience in urban ministry.

  • “I was blessed to be part of this learning community; enriched by the experiences shared by other ministers of God. We had a broad representation of worship styles and content, but it was assuring, to see how we could all incorporate faith and work in our worship experience in our locality. Understanding the underlining worldview or perspective of the vocation or industry helps us equip our members to be, able ministers in the work place making Jesus the centre and work, a blessing.”
